Saddid is an online portal that allows your customers to track their invoices and payments and pay online. Instead of calling to ask "where is my order?" or "how much did I pay?", they log in and see everything themselves.
What is the difference between plans?
The Free plan includes the full desktop app that works offline. The "Mobile" plan adds the mobile app and cloud sync. The "Tracker" plan adds Saddid customer portal and WhatsApp notifications. The "Premium" plan includes all features.
Does it work offline?
Yes, the desktop app works completely offline. Internet is only needed for updates, cloud sync, and Saddid (in paid plans).
How do customers access Saddid?
Customers log in with their phone number and a PIN sent via WhatsApp. Or they scan the QR code on the invoice to access a specific invoice's details.
Are WhatsApp notifications automatic?
Yes, you can enable automatic notifications to customers when creating a new invoice, changing order status, or receiving a payment. Available in "Tracker" and "Premium" plans.
What are the system requirements?
The software runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. It requires minimum 4GB RAM and 500MB storage space.
How can I migrate data from an old system?
The software supports importing data from Excel files. You can export your data from the old system to Excel and then import it easily. We also provide technical support to help with the migration.
Does it support barcode printing?
Yes, the software supports printing barcode labels on thermal label printers, as well as reading barcodes using standard USB scanners.
How can I upgrade my plan?
